“Having been exposed to and the beneficiary of lacrosse coaching and skill training on Long Island, NY for the nation’s top rated program, it is now my aspiration to deliver the highest level of youth lacrosse development to the Lake Norman area. Recreation lacrosse should be about learning and applying sound lacrosse fundamentals, not just participation. In order to achieve the level of lacrosse the players of this community deserve, our coaches will work together to devise practice plans and game strategies that are both progressive and appropriate for each age division. This will allow for our players to learn top level, consistent instruction creating uniformity, and assuring quality instruction throughout the league. Winning at the recreation level should not be the focus, however I believe that winning is a product of hard work and determination, both of which will be taught to all of our players. Being a part of a team is an invaluable experience that develops character like no other childhood event. Other programs may offer cheaper rates, however we feel that diminishes the quality, and overall experience of the players. The youth of LKN deserve more! It is our pledge that we will never turn a player away due to financial difficulties. Through the support of our non profit organization, Asssit the Goal, we are able to offer financial assistance to all families in need. Xtreme Lacrosse programs were created to fulfill the ever growing demands and needs of the Lake Norman lax community. We are committed to raising the level of play and exposure for all players who choose to be a member of the Team Xtreme family.
Beginning with our U7 program, we teach sound fundamentals, sportsmanship, and proven game tactics providing players with the tools necessary to succeed in each of our advancing age divisions through U15. By taking a progressive, systematic approach employed through a unified coaching staff, our teams will be prepared to compete with the best teams in the state and more importantly have fun season after season.
Xtreme Lacrosse players will enjoy the benefit of being outfitted with the best helmets and uniforms available. Our goal is to make each players youth lacrosse experience a memorable one! We believe childhood experiences are worth a little extra investment, however through the generosity of our sponsors we are able to provide financial assistance to families in need.
Our commitment to our players development and success will continue to thrive and evolve made possible through our close working relationship with Trilogy Lacrosse and Learn Lax inc. Our partnership with Trilogy joins us with a network of elite professional players while our New York affiliate Learn Lax provides skill set resources. Both programs keep Xtreme Lacrosse on the cutting edge of coaching and instruction.
