John brings over 27 years of lacrosse playing and coaching experience to our coaching staff. He played high school at National Powerhouse and NY State Champion Ward Melville HS on Long Island NY, finishing his HS career with a remarkable 199 points and a record of 44-2. Coach Mott twice earned All-American honors during his playing career. He has been coaching youth lacrosse in the Lake Norman, NC community since 2001 holding head coaching positions with both public and private high schools and numerous elite travel teams. Currently, Coach Mott is the founder and president of Xtreme Lacrosse LLC, which is among the fastest growing youth lacrosse organizations in the state of North Carolina. Xtreme Lacrosse is built on cutting edge instruction coupled with a strong commitment to community propelling the league’s participation growth to over to over 150% in less than a year. Aside from coaching, John is also a fitness trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Beginning her lacrosse carreer in New York, Coach Sasha has more than 11 years of lacrosse experience behind her name. She is the only female athlete in North Carolina to hold 4 State Championships, 2 at Green Hope and 2 at Apex High, in the sport of Women’s Lacrosse. Sasha was awarded MVP of North Carolina two years in a row and was a 4 year All Conference player, and 4 year All-State First Team player. While playing lacrosse, she maintained her academics and was a 2 year Academic All-American. She played for the USA U-19 2008 Annual Prague Cup where she was awarded Best Assisting Player of the tournament as well as MVP of the US vs. Great Britain game.
Todd played division 1 lacrosse for Drexel University where he was named the American East Rookie of the Year. Upon graduation he was drafted and played professionally for the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. Todd has been a youth lacrosse coach for 6 years.
John played club lacrosse for US Army (Ft Hood, TX) and collegiate lacrosse for SUNY Brockport where
he was a member of the NYICLA league champions. He has been coaching youth lacrosse for 6 years.
Bill played 3 seasons of varsity lacrosse at Whitesboro H.S in upstate New York. He then went on to play lacrosse at Utica College. He has been coaching youth lacrosse for 5 years in the Lake Norman area.
Max is from Westchester, NY and played four years prep-school level lacrosse. Upon graduation, Max went to college on a hockey scholarship. During college he played on the club lacrosse team. After college graduation, Max help to start the Grand Rapids Lacrosse Club which played competitively with Michigan, MSU, Chicago-Loyola, University of Detroit and several other D1, D2 and D3 level programs. Max has been coaching lacrosse in the Lake Norman area for three years.
Anthony was a standout defensemen/LSM on Long Island, NY playing for Mount Sinai HS and later for Sufflok CC. He has 3 seasons of coaching experience at the select and recreation level.
Liz has been actively involved in the Charlotte area lacrosse community both as a defensive player for UNC Charlotte and as a junior varsity coach for Myers Park High School. She has four years of coaching experience and seven years of playing experience. She is passionate about lacrosse and its presence in the community.
Allie is from Virginia and has 8 years of playing experience. She played at University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a defensive player. She was the head coach for North Mecklenburg HS last season and is now the head coach for Hopewell HS.
