Fitness

Sports performance workouts enhance speed, agility, endurance, strength and power. Methods including plyometrics, starting speed and over speed training are practiced in conjunction with agility drills designed to develop foot speed, coordination, reactive ability, and quickness.

All workouts consist of cross training strength exercises to develop athletic fitness by combining creative training methods with traditional conditioning techniques. Both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning is used with interval training, steady state activities, and sport specific movement pattern drills. These workouts are sure to prepare any athlete regardless of experience or fitness level, for their upcoming season !

“As a spine surgeon, I know a patients core is the key to the entire musculoskeletal system. John‘s approach to training has greatly improved the strength, speed, and agility of my two sons.”-M. Hartman, MD

“ For the first time, our son learned the fundamentals of developing core strength and balance, then he was shown how to apply them to improve reaction time and shot accuracy…The skills and training that my son learned from John have served him well and greatly improved his performance in all sports, not just lacrosse.” -L. Simonini
